- spkit.geometry.dir_vectors(V, AdjM, verbose=False)¶
Directional Vectors
Given V vertices as co-ordinates (n-dimensional space) and AdjM as Adjacency matrix, Compute D, as directional vectors, in form of D = [i,j, v_i,v_j], which indicates as vertex-i connects to vertex-j and and cordinates v_i and v_j, for v_j /= v_i
D has shape of (nc, 2*n+2), for n-dimensional space, with nc number of connections
- Parameters:
- V: (m,n), m-vertices in n-dimentional space
- AdjM: (m,m), Adjacency matrix, binary and no self connections, means AdjM[i,i]==0
- Returns:
- D: directional vectors
